A. Two year olds: Must be two(2)
B. Three year olds: Must be three (3) by September 1
C. Four/Five year olds: Must be four(4) by September 1
D. Two year olds need to be in pull ups.
E. Three year olds and older should be toilet trained before entering that class.
Help Preschool admits students of any race, color, sex, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to the students at the school.
Registration is on a first-come-first-serve basis. Open registration notification will be announced to the public through the local newspaper.
Registration, Deposit and Insurance fees are payable on the day your child is registered for our program. Under our family registration, more than 2 children registering the same day, the fee is reduced. The fee is NOT REFUNDABLE.
Insurance for your child is an annual fee. It is payable at the time of registration and every July thereafter.
All students must have the following forms filled out and on file by the first day of their attendance:
Ø Application to center
Ø Medical report form
Ø Proof of immunization
Ø Proof of TB test
Ø Proof of Hep B immunization
Ø Consent forms
Ø Household Income Eligibility form
Ø Discipline Policy
Ø CACFP Enrollment Form
If there is an address change of the parents work number changes, the center needs to be NOTIFIED IMMEDIATELY.
Fees are to be paid in ADVANCE. Daycare fees are to be paid on MONDAY and no later than WEDNESDAY if paid weekly. MONTHLY fees are to be paid the FIRST school day of the month.
