Your child’s progress is a continuous process. To discuss this progress, conferences can be scheduled. Conferences may be requested by parent or teacher at any time mutually convenient.
Success in a preschool classroom depends on cooperation between parents and teachers. Parents are expected to keep informed of school-activities by reading the school newsletter published at the beginning of each month. Daily communication is also encouraged at arrival and departure.
Parents may visit the classrooms at any time. Arrangements should be made with the teacher so as not to conflict with planned activities. After observing any class, please let us know any comments or concerns you may have about your child’s care and about our program. If you wish to confer with the teacher and/or director, we ask that you arrange a mutually convenient time to discuss your concerns.
Numerous fundraisers are held through out the year. If you would like to participate please tell the director of your intentions. Participation is voluntary.
A professional photographer comes to the school each year to take individual and class pictures in the Spring. Participation is voluntary. Please on days of pictures send an extra set of clothes along for your child to change into after all pictures are taken.
